I read many false infos in many reviews.... there isn't any entrance ticket to visit the cathedral, the ticket is for the museum (which is wonderful despite the opinion of ignorant and illiterate barbarian turists).

The exterior is more interesting than the inside. Hours are limited. We had to return in the afternoon to go inside. Don’t be confused because the front doors are closed. You enter from the side by the museum entrance. The fee is €3.

Outside is nice. 3€ to get in. Rude man on door. Small inside. Can't take photos, but nothing to see anyway. Museum has a couple of candlesticks in it. If passing, park car and view the outside, but wouldn't bother going in. Nothing in Sassari....More

There is a small cost of €3 to enter. It’s beautiful inside although you cannot take photos as it is all copyrighted. There is a small museum towards the back of the church which holds some artefacts from the church.

I was actually surprised that a small city such as Sassari has such a big cathedral. It looks nice from the outside and you can sit down on one of the benches around the cathedral and admire it.

Disgusting that they charge everyone 3euros to go inside but it's totally not worth it, nothing much to see, better cathedrals, give Sassari a miss as there's nothing there worth seeing. An awful guy on the desk was so rude, wouldn't even speak til he...More
