I was looking forward to seeing this place, since it is known as the playground of the rich and famous of the world. It took a while to get there and I was not impressed. It is a relatively small modern marina. The houses of...More

Easily reached by bus if you do not have a car. Lovely port with lots of boats and a small beach. Plenty of places to eat.

Really nice classy place to visit with good shops and restaurants and nice walking areas. Large car parking areas makes it an easy visit.

It was a lovely day we spent visiting the main places, main beaches and made a few water sports and ate at the restaurant Bambusa. Expensive yet great!

Small, peaceful and secluded but purpose built and not a lot to do there. Had a good walk and a lovely lunch there. Gorgeous boats and yachts in the marina.

We spent a night in the guest harbour of Porto Rotondo on the way by sail boat from La Maddalena to Olbia. Service was good, but very basic sanitary facilities, no showers.

The best market is in San Pantaleo on a Thursday, plus a few stalls on a Sunday .
