The drive up the mountain is fun to do with spacious roads. Lots of spots to stop and enjoy the view. The view from the mountain is quite nice, but not worth the drive if you go there solely for the view. Its the highest...More

Beautiful. No dramas parking but if using Sat Nav keep going up after it tell you to stop. Suggest decent foot wear and take loo roll for the toilets.

A lovely walk with the reward of amazing views. Well worth all the effort, just carry plenty of water. I walked up the rose and back down path 101 I think this was a good choice, further to walk but better gradients.

Walking route 101 takes a couple of hours on a good path (steep at times) to get to the statue at the top. It is a beautiful walk through trees which provide welcome and necessary shade, even in October, and passing some intriguing giant boulders...More

The whole area is a beautiful recreation zone with places for children, animals, walking paths and running paths. The statue area observe the city of Nuoru and the mountains around it, great place to come over for watching the sunset
