Very nice cathedral. The interior is very nice and it's definitely a place that deserves a visit in Cagliari.

Nice combination of a Roman inspired facade and a baroque interior. The church is in a beautiful condition and there is some nice information present. The crypt is rather impressive.

We visited many churches on this trip. This one is absolutely beautiful! It is quite a hike from the cruise terminal, but it’s worth it!

Located on a fortified hilltop, very impressive marble interior next to the Cagliari seat of government. Great views from this area and a very picturesque walk leading to and from the Cathedral.

This is an absolute must for a walking tour of Cagliari. This walking tour should minimally also include the Tower of the Elephant and the Bastion of Saint Remy.

I lovend this cathedral, especially the part underground. All buildings related to religion are nice, but sets this apart is beautiful area underneath. Nice decorations and different. It is not far from the harbor.

Very nice interior.. worth the detour! Nice paintings on the ceiling, almost in the style of Hergé.. the ‘clear line’ comic book author of Tintin.. Very beautiful crypt.

Built in the XIII century, Pisan style. Inside are magnificent pulpits. Crypt dated to XVII century decoration, contains the remains of 300 Christian martyrs.

Line 7 seems to connect the main boulevard with the old town, passing close to the cathedral. The Cathedral is situated in the centre of Cagliari, only a few hunderd metres from the boulevard. If you go up the Viale Regina... More
