We only took photos from the outside because I read that you have to take a free guided 90 minute tour which is in Italian. Neither of us can understand Italian well, so we gave it a miss.

A beautiful castle from the outside and an amazing location. You can only enter with a guide and the Navy Marshal that guided us was enthusiastic and explained everything well. The visit is free of charge and takes 1,5 hours (!!!). Guide is only available...More

Beautiful & intersting Castle in Taranto with good sea wiew . I visited in August and I appreciated the kindness and competence of guide in this area Militar area of Italian Marine . I suggest the visit 👌👨‍🎨😊

We have enjoyed our visit to castle. It is free to enter and looked well. Has a lot of history behind. If you are around in the area, it worth a visit! Thank you marina staff for great excursion!
