Lots of activity, vendors, and entertainment during the Brindisi harbor celebration in June. Evening show under the Roman Tower.

The Romans called the city of Brundisium because of the similarity of the harbour with the head of a deer. Brindisi is both a port and a naval base in Italy. The water area of the port of Brindisi includes the outer and inner Harbor....More

The promenade is just near the city center and it makes a nice walk. Nice views and many places along the way where you can stop for a coffee or something to eat.

Port of Brindisi is located just in the city center..it's so nice and sometimes even romantic walking around the old and Majestic walls surrounded by the water and huge ships.

Had some time before my ferry trip to Corfu, stroll along the old port, Venice style ramparts and a nice cathedral nearby, plenty of quaint eateries and bars.

Best part of Brindisi for talking a walk. You can walk quite a bit around and than have a seat at one of the caffes. Over winter not many are open but still you will find some. The view on either side is quite good....More

Within easy reach of the new town and centro storico the port is well worth a wander when you are in Brindisi.

This is a really nice place, aim to get there by 5pm if you are in a car, you can get a space very close by. Leave it an hour or so later & you have no chance!! The harbour front comes to life anytime...More

Nice to have a Cup of a cappuccino in a cafe on the waterfront. The view is beautiful. Street was clean.

Not any halal restaurants that I know, just stick to chicken and fish dishes, some clubs on weekends or some nice beaches. I only spent one day there waiting for a ferry.
