The whole place is filled with delight! A truly picturesque small medieval town with streets lined with one after the other of gorgeous, pretty and well maintained buildings.

When we arrived it was market day. Very much geared for the locals with lots of clothes, hardware etc. Quite a transformation after the market had cleared. Amazed how tidy it was. Architecture interesting.

Full of people and goods-cheap and modern clothes in the beautiful area of Vicenza center. Pleasant and live market.

This Piazza is the most prominent piazza in Vicenza. It’s surrounded with outstanding architecture and can’t be missed. Andrea Palladio’s architecture is on display in many of the buildings surrounding this piazza.
