I visited the church in September 2018, during the project "Verona minor hierusalem". The church is not big but it is a pleasant surprise. A very nice and worked Chappell on the side and also some remaining from frescoes, including one of the virgin breastfeeding Jesus. Nice cript on the underground worth a visit as well. Side note for a young man called Mathia that spoke good English and took me around the church and explained me many things. Very interesting chat! …

Chiesa di Santo Stefano is a beautiful church on the other side of the river. It was not open and has very limited visiting hours.

The church, like most of them in verona, are closed most of the day and open just a few hours!!! It's a shame!!! And this one at least has the opening time published!....

Just across Ponte di Pietra, very close to Roman theatre: it's difficult to say whether this little church is more fascinating outside or inside. A purest Romanesque architecture, well kept with some touching frescoes. One of the best monuments to see in Verona
