Outside of the center of the city. Free entrance. There weren't any tourists when I visited. I really liked it

Although visiting a cemetery may seem a little macabre once you start wandering around the huge site with its various buildings, tombs & crypts you get a real sense of peace & reverence. We were particularly interested in the beautiful sculptures on some of the tombs which were works of art. The sheer volume of memorials within the galleries & crypts is impressive.A very humbling experience.Well worth a visit for those interested in funerary art & history.

Having seen the vast number of graves and monuments over a large area we then found the underground corridors with thousands more. Wow. Its a shame there wasn't more information about the history and statistics of the place, but truly fascinating.

very close to the city and very large, you can spend an hours walking in calm far from the crowed. Some very nice sculptures and buildings hidden in corners.
