Not the most stunning Cathedral ever, but good value, with a helpful free audio guide. Well worth a visit!

The beautiful cathedral is a bit of the beaten track but well worth taking the time to visit. Get one of the free audio tours after buying your ticket and learn about the cathedral and the art and relics it houses. It is still in...More

Having visited the awe inspiring church os St. Anastasia, I was very disappointed with the Basilica which is integral part of Duomo. To me it is a disjointed piece of Architecture with haphazard collection of religious artefacts. Worth a visit though for the Outside. Very...More

What a pretty interesting place. The cathedral is well worth a visit as is Juliettes balcony and the opera .Verona is a great base for a trip to lake Garda or Venice.

Thus Cathedral is simply stunning, from the baptistery to the excavation to the magnificence of the Duomo it takes your breath away. You are allowed to roam freely and no restrictions on photography, they also have audio guides.

This is a beautiful in Verona, a must visit if you're there. It's a nice walk through the city centre to get there, and you'll get to see some sights along the way. The streets are very nice and old-fashioned.

Lots to see here in both the main catedral and the other evidence of earlier churches. Some excellent frescos.

The successive early Christian, high medieval, Romanesque and Gothic contributions through the course of time have made the Duomo an extremely rich architectural complex, more than just a single building: it is formed by the Cathedral, the square, the Capitulary Library, the cloister of the...More
