Easily accessible from Piazza Bra then through either entrance to Castellvecchio onto the bridge which leads to a great walk along the river taking in the Roman Theatre on the way. To make a great round trip continue along the river to the Roman Bridge...More

Found quite by chance on a night time wander in sweltering 35 degree heat. Wouldn't have gone swimming in the swirling grey coloured waters flowing turbulent over the rocks under the arches.

You can cross the bridge without going to the museum. You can get a good perspective of the city from here. Access to the museum can be with the Verona Card... Didn't enjoy the museum that much, but it was cool inside

You can take a nice little walk on this bridge for free; I recommend a paid visit of the castle museums. Lovely city views from it for great photos.

We never toured inside the castle but LOVED hanging out on the bridge. There were interesting windows to the river, stairs to climb up and tons of brick for cool backdrops. Plus it was cooler than on the streets on a hot day!

Must be one of the number one locations for selfies. Nice views up and down the river. There is a quiet park over the other side.

We love Verona and every part of it`s ancient city. This bridge is right next to the Castelvecchio and gives you the opportunity to walk and feel the Middle Ages. Although it has been destroyed during the WWII, later it has been restored to its...More
