Campo Stefano has cafes, church restaurants Nicolo Tommaseo statue and the meeting place of tours. Stop by at a cafe and have an ice cream.

Over Academia Bridge leads to a quieter part of Venice, wider streets, plenty bars and street cafes with outside seating aplenty. Area well worth a visit if only to miss the throngs of people .

Typical tourist trap - overpriced, with waiters who forgot long ago that if you want a tip you need to make just a little bit of effort to be friendly
