I arrived on the train from Milan during a strong rain and windstorm.(Winter?) By the late afternoon it had subsided, and it was a nice autumn? day. I walked to the church for a really nice concert by this group. I got lost in the...More

This was our first visit to Venice, and our first visit to Italy. I booked the concert online months ago after reading reviews. The performance of Vivaldi's Four Seasons was all that we hoped for. The church was packed and there were many standing ovations....More

There are not much decent classical concerts in Venice. I'd rather recommend other baroque repertoire than Vivaldi's The Four Seasons. Considering the price, it's quite good. 솔직히 클래식 음악 팬 입장에서 베네치아는 라 페니체에서 열리는 공연 말곤 볼게 별로 없어요. 가격을 생각하면 적당한 공연을 보여줍니다....More

Attended their concert on Thursday. AN excellent orchestra. The church appears to be a De-consecrated church. The musicians were excellent. Nice place to hear Vivaldi, his home town. Church San Vidal. The acoustics are only OK possible due to the high ceiling so I recommend...More

And I'm not exaggerating. I know I have a passion for string instruments which probably heightened the experience further for me but this was truly breathtaking. We heard the concert when we were passing by the venue one night in Venice and immediately knew we...More

The performance was top notched. One of the best Vivaldi Four Seasons I have heard. Great energy. The venue was excellent, in an old church. Try to arrive at least 30 min ahead of time to get a good seat. Then you can roam around...More

This was an unexpected surprise. We didn't know about the event or the group. We bought the tickets since we didn't have anything plan for the evening. The location in itself was great, a small church. The group came out and boom, started playing. It...More

Having visited Venice before, I wanted to try something a little different to the normal tourist attractions this time. I bought my ticket at the church (Chiesa San Vidal) a few hours before the concert and then wandered to a nearby piazza for an early...More

I saw them when they had a concert in Austin, Texas while on tour, so I do not know what the cost is for a concert in Venice. However it is worth every cent. They were fabulous! And I can just imagine how memorable it... More

I sincerely do not know. when we were in Venice in September, there were multiple concerts during the week. However this musical group gives also concerts outside Venice, so they do not perform 365 days per year.
