Treviso is fantastic with all it's historical site and the airs of a big city with wonderful restaurants like Toni del Spin and the famous Tiramissu invented in another delicious restaurant Le Beccherie and all the famous boutiques like Gucci , Prada , etc

This remembrance of the dead in war is a stark reminder for us all that it is the innocent who suffer most. It is an unusual piece with its uncapped stone columns suggesting perhaps that war is never far away.

It is excellent monument to all died for the Italy in previous wars. Worth seeing, not needed more than 5min.

Wasn't quite sure what this represented as I couldn't find signs in English however it was still a spectacular sight. It's huge! Whether or not it's meant to, I felt it showed a story of struggles through tough times for men and women. Insightful piece...More
