Pretty ritzy place (who knew it was fashion week), lots of hi end stores and restaurants. Loads of people walking around with many taking the glamour shots thinking they’re all models. Guess if you’re at the Duomo you might as well walk through.

Great place to walk around and eat. Every conceivable label shop you could wish for. Many choices of cafes, restaurants. Well worth a stroll through the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Beautiful frescos on walls etc.

I was there on a Sunday in February and all the stores were still open after 9 pm. I left early Monday morning so can't be of great help in this regard.

Expensive. But it depends how much are you ready to pay for clothes. As i remembered there was nothing under 300 euro.
