Pretty ritzy place (who knew it was fashion week), lots of hi end stores and restaurants. Loads of people walking around with many taking the glamour shots thinking they’re all models. Guess if you’re at the Duomo you might as well walk through.

I was there on a Sunday in February and all the stores were still open after 9 pm. I left early Monday morning so can't be of great help in this regard.
