Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our class with you on 22nd August. We had a good laugh in good company and really enjoyed our meal. Looks like we will have to invest in a pasta maker now!

Both Elisabetta and Daniela were wonderful. So enjoyed learning how to make ravioli and loved going into the local market to buy ingredients. We loved talking with others in our class that were traveling the area. Worth taking the time out of sightseeing or sunbathing!

Such a lovely thing to do if you're in Bellagio. We spent about 5 hours cooking which included going to the local shops and some good tips on good meat/cheese to buy. Then the cooking. Broken up by picking on cheese and wine! Great company....More
