There's a huge selection of fresh and reasonably priced seafood. Most vendors are helpful and they clean the seafood really well for us. If you are self-catering, buy all you seafood,vegetables and fruits here. Limited choices of meat though.
A great place to see what your food looks like before it's cooked in the many restaurants in the region. Or its another way to get upset when you realize how much of a premium you're paying to have someone prepare and cook your food....More
If your a lovers of market I would recommend this one! Heap of fresh fruit/ vegetable and seafood! It's only about 15min from the train station. So if your coming through La Spezia come and check this out!
