The most amazing building in Genoa. Maybe not in terms of architecture, but given its historical importance for sure. At the old port, impossible to miss.

A very beautifully-frescoed building in the Old Port district. I didn’t go inside — it was nighttime when I saw it, and I’m pretty sure the Port Authority of Genoa still operates out of this building — but it was something special to see.

This palace is a masterpiece. It is located near Genoa port and Aquarium. The palace was used for a time as a prison, Marco Polo was its most famous resident.

Palazzo di San Giorgio is very nice and the building is very decorative. We were there while Marathon of Genoa took place. The starting point was there and it was crowded with runners and people.
