Weather was beautiful and we decided to treck the sentiero from Corniglia to Vernazza. It took us round about two hours and some parts of the path were challenging, however the views we enjoyed throughout the treck were worth the hassle.

Our second hike or better part two of day one. Coming from Monterosso we did a short stop in Vernazza and continued the amazing hike to Corniglia. Of course it is a trail and there are stones, steps and other “obstacles” to expect. Anything else...More

We took the Corniglia to Vernazza route based on TA are and glad we did. It seemed easier as the brunt of the terrain was downhill into Verrnazza. All in all, yeah it's a strenuous hike in the heat but we aren't in great shape...More

Currently this is one of the paths open. It seems that this path has less frequency. You can do it in either way, the way Corniglia to Vernazza is easier than the other way. Duration is about 1.30 hours. Price is the 7.5 euros card...More

We did this from Corniglia to Vernazza right after hiking from Manarola to Volastra to Corniglia. After the earlier part, this felt a bit tiring as we didn’t expect quite as much up and down in this section. But in reality, it’s much easier than...More

Loved this hike. It wasn't too difficult, the views were constant and the trails were clean/easy to navigate. Ending in Corniglia was also great, such a quaint little town.

Walked from Corniglia to Vernazza and then on to Monterosso early one morning. The section from Corniglia to Vernazza was a comfortable 45 minute walk (for a fairly fit individual). Beautiful views & so peaceful early in the morning (only saw 2 other hikers). Continuing...More

We took the train to Corniglia, then the ATC shuttle bus up to the town and started our hike from there. It saves climbing a few hundred feet of vertical, and we knew we would get plenty of climbing elsewhere. The hike seems to be...More

Worth the effort...and it it is an effort. Amazing views. Make sure to take plenty of water! Maybe easier in the opposite direction!

We started in Vernazza which has a much steeper climb at the beginning but we thought going up steeper was easier on our knees than going down when it is really steep. We are not overly fit and do not hike a lot but we...More

We were there in May and the trail was challenging due to uneven terrain and elevation changes. It is a beautiful hike and many young couples with child carriers were hiking but I would be cautious about the pregnancy. I... More

Two-three days would be fine. I'd give it three to really enjoy the area. The coastal trails are free but rock slides have closed all but Vernazza to Corniglia I believe. Check the Italian Park website for the latest... More
