When in Trieste you must take a stroll out towards the sea at the molo audace. Looking back towards the city you can view the Hapsburg splendours.

One of the most beautiful places to look at the Gulf of Trieste and enjoy the sunset. In August the local jazz festival ends with a piano concert on the pier, at dawn. Magic!

I love this place. It's nice to come here to think, and just enjoy the view. The sea is all around you, but you're still on land. Love it.

We used to walk around this area whilst visiting Trieste. Can get very windy if the Il Bora is blowing!! Nice to walk where the boats tie up.
