Our tour guide was excellent - i learned more about balsamic vinegar than I thought was possible - she also arranged a cheese tasting at a local cheese factory for us after our balsamic tasting

We just popped in to buy something but we were also given a short tasting and presentation about the vinegar. We were impressed by the kindness of the staff and the quality of the product. Definitely worth to take the time!
