With a short and nice walk from the Giardini Margherita or the center, you can find yourself in one of the best places to see all the city. When you arrive there, search for the remaining 21 Towers of Bologna (in the past it was...More

Located high over the city this little and lovely church rewards the visitor with one of the best panoramic view of Bologna. The bus trip to get there also takes the visitor to beautiful parts of town.

It is only a short walk up the hill from the city centre to this church. The church and hospital are connected. The church is stunning, but the hospital has some great history and beautiful frescoes as well. It is a bit complicated to find...More

This church is on a small hill just outisde the city wall. I went there early in the morning to see the sun rise over the city. It's a beautiful view from up there and it's reasonable easy to get to.

San Michele in Bosco is on Bologna hills but very easy to reach, both by bus (30) or walking. If you decide to walk I suggest to go up from Porta S. Mamolo (Via Codivilla) entering the park you find down and reaching the church...More
