My wife and I visited the fortress and learnt about its amazing history. The fortress is quite stunning and matches the amazing views across the Italian countryside. The fortress has also been well maintained over time to reflect how magnificent it truly is.

The fortess is not much special, it was not even open when we visited it, but the view over urbino is certainly worth the climb.

There's not much to see in the fort, but the view of Urbino from the park outside is wonderful. And you can see that for free.
