This was MY class and dragged my hubbie along for the class. We had a wonderful evening - and we were the only couple here. I will give them cudos - they conducted the class just for hubbie and me! We arrived and it was like a private dinner party with a wonderful Italian couple who is passionate about their food. When we arrived we were early so we had a glass of wine down the street at a local shop. We walked The Cardinal's Cellar - note - don't be put off by the location. It's in a neighborhood and looks like it's surrounded by homes. This is in the beautiful cellar that has been adoringly refurbished by the owners. So we had a great dinner party, had lovely wine, and I learned how to make spinach stuffed raviolis, carbonara, and tiramisu. What a wonderful dinner and great class. My ONLY complaint - I've been trying to find the music that we played here in the states and have been unable to find it - I LOVED the music....
