It is impossible to relax like it is shown on the movies. So I would recommend to arrive as early as you can to avoid hundreds of people trying to get closer to the fountain.

It is our ritual to make our way to the Trevi Fountain with a handful of coins to throw into the fountain! Last year, we tossed rolls of coins into the fountain for our daughter! It made her soo happy!

An amazing fountain so different from what I expected. The fountain and building all from the same rock. So clean and eye catching. Well worth a visit both by day and night.

Always full of people, even on low season. We didn’t have good experience in the nearby stores (we had a few credit card problems). But the fountain per se is beautiful. Worth going there at least once.
