If you throw one coin into the Trevi Fountain across your left shoulder, you will one day visit Rome again, two coins - you will fall in love with a Roman guy, three coins - you will live in Rome) nice legend...

The fountains are rather special but the “viewing area” is limited. Patience is required to get your selfie/picture as everyone wants theirs. If in Rome it has to be on your “to see” list

What a beautiful place. Had read about it, seen pictures but none do it justice. The place was absolutely heaving with bodies on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Despite the crowds, we were able to move about amongst the good humoured crowds and get the photographs...More

The Trevi Fountain is one of the most well renowned monuments in Rome. The intricate details on the fountain is breathtaking, however, I could not completely enjoy the beauty of the fountain as there was barely any place to stand (let alone sit).

The Trevi fountain has to be seen to be believed. That any country ever had so much money that they could commission such a thing purely for adornment is inconceivable. The sheer scale and drama is breathtaking. But be warned. Every visitor to Rome comes...More

A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is
all about action. From early morning through the wee
hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a
never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or
take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming
gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of
hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle
are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you
