We only had a short visit, but wished our itinerary allowed for more time. Beautiful church with great history. Great to see artwork still in the locations they were created for.

Very beautiful church in baroque style. It is very Italian. I spent about half an hour there and was very impressed

What else can I say other than this is a beautiful church. We spent probably 20 to 30 minutes wandering around the church and enjoying the art. Please watch out for children in the area, as they are pick pockets. They come up to you...More

I just entered this church by accident (or curiosity) because outside the truth it is that it is a very plain building looking more like a plain old house rather than the gem that sits inside. Spectacular inside, so beautiful and shiny. An absolute must...More

Originally a palace then converted into a church. This is a magnificent church full of works of art and history. Recommended.

From the outside wall with its beautifully carved bricks to the joyful Baroque inside this church MUST be visited. It is free to enter and it opens early in the morning. Take your time and experience all the beauty

The square that this church sits in is rather large, there is a hugh and impressive looking church opposite but the Gesu Nuovo from the outside looks like the kind of thing belonging to an old military installation, it's quite ugly with two hugh doors...More

This stunning church is covered with pyramids on its outside as a reflection of Egyptian influences on Naples. Inside it is a blaze of baroque decoration with the added interest provided by a recently canonised doctor, Joseph Moscati. There was a free concert while we...More

This may be the most beautiful church in Italy, possibly in all of Europe. The outer walls look almost like a fortress, and a bit uninviting, but the interior is filled with a huge expanse in every direction of magnificence. We were speechless. The grandeur...More

It was free to get into this 16C Jesuit church & we were just amazed by the opulence. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the South Eastern part of Naples
