Those catacumbs are smaller that San Gennaro but more Scarry. You can see remainings od people skulls in the walls. We visited as a first catacumbes of San Gennaro and it was a good choice. But the difference between those 2 catacumbs are big.

Gennaro seems to be more popular but Gaudiso is at least as interesting. And there are less people visiting with you. When you visit these catacombs you're also helping the local youth to employ themselves so it's for the good cause too.
