Apparently this is a private church and it's closed on Wednesdays. Who knew? Guess what day we chose to travel from Rome to see Naples Caravaggios. Yup, on a mercoledi. Check website (or Google) BEFORE assuming it will be open. Oh yeah, the Capodimonte Museum...More

While the Caravaggio contained within this church is magnificent, it is required to purchase tickets to the museum above, containing a picture gallery and church vestments.
