I came to this shop to buy a coral horn that would by a unique gift and typical of the region. The staff were very professional and courteous and I left with a very beautiful piece. I would highly recommend this place, and I would definitely come here again!

Caruso Jewelery is the jewelery shop par excellence. I purchased a jewel from their site, and being a resident of Reggio Emilia, I was hesitant about the shipping, which instead went well beyond expectations. The jewel is spectacular, but even more so, was the accuracy in the details of the packaging and shipping. The professionalism of the Caruso Jewelery staff was immediately perceived, from the first exchanges of information, given via e-mail, but receiving the purchase, as seen in the photo, with a greeting card, in addition to all the info and guarantees inherent to the purchased item, is a true confirmation of their excellent operation. I felt like calling them on the phone to thank them because the love and dedication for their work was clearly evident. I renew my thanks and I will not fail to stop by to say hello the next time I am able to visit your splendid city.

Service and customer attention like few others. I have been collecting watches for a while and was looking for an Oris dealer in the Naples area. The staff at the Caruso jewelry store were able not only to direct me towards the right model for me, but they also made themselves available in ordering me an Aquis model that I wanted and of which few pieces are in circulation. Plus, their price list is hard to beat. What can I say to conclude, such professionalism and courtesy, the best qualities for watchmaking lovers. Highly recommended.

Shop centrally located in the historic village of goldsmiths. The owner and all the staff are competent, prepared and extremely kind. In the shop I have always found refined and original items. Highly recommended.

I went to this shop to buy, as a great fan of the Longines brand, a watch that would be suitable for my son. I didn't have very clear ideas but I found great availability and understanding on the part of the people who welcomed me, very courteous and above all professionally trained.
