The most disappointing experience I have ever had. I was really looking forward to seeing the grotto. My husband and I took one of the boats that said Grotto Azzurro trip. The boat took us and the other tourists next to the grotto- we paid...More

One of those things you have to do whilst in Capri, however, when it's busy you can spend a long time waiting for your turn to enter the grotto. Quite expensive for what it is.

Disappointing at best. First my wife and I pay Euro 30 at the main port for a 1-1/2 hour boat tour that advertises also the Blu grotto. Later as we're board rowboats we find out the Blu grotto costs another Euro 28 and then the...More

It will cost you between 15 and €20 per person (including your bus from Anacapri + access fee + tip), but once you get in your boat and inside the cave, it becomes the very best image of what a true azure blue is about....More

Ok. It is beautiful to day the least but getting there will cost you 15 € by boat from the main marine. Going into the cave will cost you 14 more. The stay inside is maybe 4 minutes and is accompanied by the "singing" of...More

You cannot come all the way and not go inside this Grotta. Yes it is expensive for the short while you are inside but I am very happy to have seen it. We were lucky because there were not so many boats on the day...More

Have plenty of cash for this excursion. That said it’s a pleasant boat ride to the grotto and the process of getting to the grotto a little fiddly ,but wow. Beautiful. So blue. ( could do without the singing and would be great if all...More

If it was free I’d say go, but it’s 14 euro (plus the boat driver will beg you for a tip) and you get a whopping 90 seconds in the cave. And the cave itself, I mean it’s nice, but it was disappointingly small. You...More

14 euros on a boat from the main marina and then transfer to a rowing boat to see the cave, another 14 euros. The cave was over in 2 minutes and both sets of boats wanted a tip. Sad tourist trap which is not worth...More

Nice boat trip from the town to the caves. You then transfer to rowing boats, pay the entrance fee and are rowed into the caves. It is very busy with many boats outside waiting for their passengers to be transferred to the rowing boats. Inevitably...More

I can't answer on the difference between the three grottos. I'm sure that they are all beautiful. We did Capri in one day. We saw the Blue Grotto, Anacapri, Marina Piccola, and Capri's Town Center.
