The tour is short and sweet, but the overall experience (especially trying the cheese afterwards) is absolutely worth it!! THE CHEESE IS SO GOOD!!! Additionally, the cheese factory is centrally located so it's easy to plan without taking a large chunk out of your day....More

We booked this tour on our own to experience the making of mozzarella cheese. The guide Sara was responsive and friendly. Her explanation was clear but too brief. She just pointed the machine to us from afar and we didn't really know how the process...More

Being a member of the family business, Sara, the person conducting the tours in English is very passionate and extremely knowledgeable. The tour has hands-on activities for visitors to become involved in making shapes with the cheese. A very nice experience.

Worth a visit to see how local mozzarella cheese is made for local consumption, not exported as they say the cheese should be eaten within 5 days. The tour is short and you see how different shapes are made in the local family run business...More

Sara and her family are a wonderful throwback to a time when everything (great) was made by hand, something Italian artisans are justly famous for the world over. It was a terrific visit for our family, a chance to both see how cheese is made...More
