You are reviewingthe wrong site. This is the Palombaro Lungo in the main Square. We show no videos and no difficulties of the past.

The tour was very well organized and very informative, both about the Palombaro Lungo itself and the history of Matera in general. The space is unusual and well worth a visit.

This was a surprising and fascinating visit to a site that really has to be seen to be believed! Very informative presentation by the guide that brings the group down. A visit to Matera really must include this marvellous engineering wonder!

This system of cisterns under the city provided water to the residents of Matera for hundreds of years. From a historical perspective the tour was interesting and we had been looking forward to it. We went on the English language tour and found it very...More

Si, tutti i tour hanno il numero chiuso. Pertanto i biglietti vanno presi il prima possibile, direttamente in biglietteria.
