The owner proprietor really is what makes this a must visit in Madrid. Daniel is a wonderful host, knowledgable and passionate about the same things we are...food and drink. Micro Vineyard rare wines, ciders and olive oils....sit at the bar and start a conversation.

We stopped here as part of a walking tour. Started with a tasting of four different olive oils, along with bread. Then switched to wine tasting and delicious artichokes. Located in Mercado del a Cebada. Definitely worth a visit.
