On May 28. 2018 We took the bus from Almeria to Alicante. We left on time 15:00 and arrived at 18:45 as scheduled. Every time the bus stops you have to look on the window to see if your bag is not stolen because there...More

Let me start off by saying that I rarely find myself writing reviews for traveling experiences unless it is absolutely abysmal, but this situation calls for such a review. First off, the bus driver was extremely rude to both myself and my friend. Now the...More

ALSA is amazing! Incredibly honest, dependable, responsible and very comfortable. My niece and I traveled from Alicante to Valencia on June 2, 2018 at 9:30am . I was groggy from sleeping when we arrived and forgot my $2,500 camera in the back pocket of the...More

Didn't have a horror experience compared to others on here, maybe it depends on your tolerance threshold (though I really can't say)? Anyway, it gets you from point A to B, I took the 8 hour-ish bus from Seville to Lisbon and I don't have...More

On our tour of Spain/Portugal, we mostly used the train but decided to take a bus twice. We chose Alsa which turned out to be the most unpleasant part of our trip. For the first bus ride, the bus was 10 minutes late- not horrible....More

ALSA was fantastic. Always on time, easy bookings and comfortable a/c buses. Absolutely the way to travel along with trains on the longer distances .

I think people expect way too much when they take a bus. It gets you from A to B and it’s an easy ride.

I used the ALSA service both in Spain for travelling between Seville, Cordoba and Granada. I also traveled from Seville to Lisbon on ALSA bus. The services were very punctual and the bus stations are conveniently located. However, if there is any help required from...More

If you can possibly avoid it, do not use Alsa. The bus service truly deserves their terrible reviews. The buses are not bad, but the service is literally the worst I have seen, and I have travelled all over the world for more than 35...More

You should put your carry on to luggage part. Some drivers don't let to put carry on with you inside the bus. This company doesn't have rules. It depends on driver's desire.
