Laura was an amazing host and the food and prep tips provided were excellent. It was only a small group of six which felt the perfect size and we all had a good time together even though we didn't know each other. The tapas meals...More

Very basic ingredients for very low level course and for low level result. I misunderstood that we would learn something, it didn't happen. The "chef" prefers chatting than cooking. There was not a real chef, but more an enertainer who speaks English. Doesn't worth money.

Had a wonderful and educational time with Eduardo at the paella class! Loved going to the market and learning about the ingredients before putting it all together. Delicious day!

Also known as Barrio de las Letras, Huertas was once
home to prominent literary figures, Miguel de

neighbourhood is committed to celebrating its rich

from celebrated authors, street names pay homage to
them, and second-hand bookshops pervade. Huertas

Agree with Alex G, he is very sensitive to people's allergies, eating habits, etc. The two other people in our class were vegetarian and they made completely vegetarian paella, no fish or chicken. So if he can accommodate... More
