Lili was amazing. A trip to the market started our journey; with a return to the kitchen to cook well known traditional recipes. I was blown away after cooking and tasting the tourists favourites - I now know how they should taste !

My niece and I had a wonderful time shopping with the instructor and learning about the local foods of Spain. And then preparing (and drinking) sangria, delicious paella and gazpacho! Fun, informative class that I will definitely recommend!

Enjoyed this thoroughly. Very informative and superb facility. The gazpacho, sangria and paella we made we all the best I’ve ever had. The tutor is so knowledgeable and her passion about food adds to the experience. Worth every penny.

Afternoon class with Eduardo. He was fantastic as was the setup in the kitchen area. We made Sangria, gazpacho and paella. The Sangria was fine, but it was the ONLY BEVERAGE available. I would have loved for them to at least put out some water....More

from celebrated authors, street names pay homage to
