This was a really vibrant Plaza and area we visited on our eight days holiday to Madrid and what a great find. This area is a bit more edgy than some of the other more touristic plazas close by but it's a great place to...More

I have visited Tirso de Molina many times recently. Some great restaurants etc. Some reviewers describe this plaza as gritty. Indeed. There is a substantial population of unfortunate homeless people that have made it their base. On one occasion as we dined al fresco a...More

Cosy square with cafes & restaurants. I stopped there for coffee and dinner, friendly staff, mostly locals visiting, would definitely recommend. A bakery and a supermarket are also at hand.

A cozy plaza for both tourists and locals. Wouldn't necessarily go there if I lived in the other end of the city, but happened to live there at my last stay in Madrid.

Passed through here on the way back to our hotel. Could not see any special reason to hang around. You may come through here on the metro if you are visiting nearby attractions but I cannot see another reason to visit.

La Latina
La Latina is a charming neighbourhood with two unique
personalities. At first glance, it’s distinctly
old-world, with narrow streets weaving a maze among
charming stone buildings in sunny, bright colors like
yellow and pink. The other side of La Latina is
characterized by a young population and a bohemian
vibe, as evidenced by a dynamic and evolving selection
