This a regular plaza in the city. It is a functional plaza having restaurants and shops around it. However, it is not exactly beautiful or appealing in any spectacular way. Not worth a visit by itself.

This was a really vibrant Plaza and area we visited on our eight days holiday to Madrid and what a great find. This area is a bit more edgy than some of the other more touristic plazas close by but it's a great place to...More

Cosy square with cafes & restaurants. I stopped there for coffee and dinner, friendly staff, mostly locals visiting, would definitely recommend. A bakery and a supermarket are also at hand.

One or two nice places to eat in the square, plus a theatre (we saw Carmen there), a mix of working (and not working) and middle classes with an edge to it. There is a daily flower market and on a Sunday the square is...More

A cozy plaza for both tourists and locals. Wouldn't necessarily go there if I lived in the other end of the city, but happened to live there at my last stay in Madrid.

We rented an apartment through AirBnB right on the square here for five night during Easter week, because of this not all shops were open all of the time. Busy square, several restaurants/bars, bakery, Supermarket, fruit and veggie store, it's a Metro stop also. Close...More
