It is not Correos anymore but a huge art gallery inside, if a bit disorganized. It's mostly hip and modern, even street art. The entrance is free and totally worth the visit. The views from the top terrace are amazing. Plan to have a drink...More

Take pictures, lovely memories with Madrid monumental architecture. Important: it’s now not allowed to take pictures in the very near neighbourhood of the statues

Amazing views well worth the wait for a seat at the edge You pay a small price to go up in the lift but that is redeemed against your drink price

The Cibeles Palace hosts the institution of Madrid City-Hall. Unfortunately for us, at the time of our visit (March 2018) the roof-top terrace was closed for visitors due to the palace's outer restauration works.

It's a beautiful building (though it was under construction when we went). We didn't go inside, just admired from the outside

Tremendous view from the top of the building (worth the 2 euro fee). But the building itself is worth a visit. It's a really good example of what a town hall should be like with various rooms where one can sit on comfortable couches and...More

Broad, tree-lined avenues with pretty streetlights
frame the neighbourhood of Barrio Salamanca. With
beautiful condominium buildings that make up most

quiet. It is also host to a few of the city's large
