There's couple of exhibitions in the building. security check going into the building is like going through airport security, metal detectors and X-ray machines.

Well worth a trip into this magnificent edifice, if only to learn of its history. Can take a trip up the tower for a small fee.

The Terrace Restaurant at Palacio de Cibeles has the best location in Madrid, excellent food and outstanding friendly service. Unfortunately as it is technically outdoors they allow smoking and as tables are close together this is very intrusive and unpleasant for other diners. Why spoil...More

There is no need to take a tour to this place. You just enter the building and walk around. There is a restaurant on the roof.
