These two towers, located on the North Sid e of Plaza de Castilla and designed by P. Johnson need to be seen. With the Cuatro Torres within walking distance to the North represent a new Madrid, projected into the future, with seeing and admiring.

My wife and I went to the Plaza de Castilla and took a look at the two towers that seem to be leaning towards each other and that call attention because one does not know if the towers will fall.

I don't like these buildings but they are very useful when navigating around Madrid as you can see them from most of the places you are trying to visit so as long as you know where they are located you can find your way home.

Love these iconic structures that define the modern Madrid skyline. They mark the beginning of the corporate tower section of Madrid.

The Kio Towers at the Plaza de Castilla seem to be leaning toward each other, making the sight very unusual because one is afraid that they may fall down. We passed this place several times when we were in Madrid.

Not much to say really but does seem to defy gravity. If you get in a lift at the bottom left hand corner you would exit at the top right!!

Interesting towers to see. Nice place to start exploring parts of madrid inside and outside the centre. An area to 'discover' Madrid for yourself apart from just Sol and Gran Via. If you want the centre, bus 27 is a nice trip down paseo castellana,...More

I have a thing for leaning towers, and these two are a wonderful surprise. One of the few examples of modern art/architecture I actually like.
