This place far exceeded expectations!! Their crystal is stunning. We spent not just time here but a lot of money! Man who ran shop was kind, helpful, and took time to explain process of making these magnificent pieces. It was educational in many ways. Do...More

Very small but so interesting. Could spend as long as we liked watching the beautiful wine glasses being made. A section of history of glass blowing then a factory demonstration with all working as a team. The usual shop selling the most amazing things. Wanted...More

We fell in love with just about everything in that store. We bought several items and had them shipped home. They arrived when they said they would and were very well packed. We have had our crystal for about three months now and still absolutely...More

I visited Gibraltar Crystal several times. It was fascinating watching the glass blowers in action. It is a different place to hut birthday presents for friends. There was a school trip on my first visit. The children were very well behaved.

they still appear to blow their own glass here and the one small furnace is situated in the back of the shop - interesting to see the guy make a penguin!

Great to see the actual pieces being made and view the finished products. I didn’t realise glass was so versatile.

The crystal shop is located just off the main square and is worth a few minutes of anyone’s time. There is a great glassworking display of skilled tradesmen, making glass in a traditional way for the benefit of the audience. The cost of the products...More

Having visited before, we already knew some of the skills of glass making, but on a second visit, a lot more information was made more apparently clear. They have an excellent shop beside the workshop as well, exiting into Casemates Square.

To be able to walk around museum cases to look at the history and old tools of glass making with glass making actually going on brought it all alive. For free you can view how hard, hot and skilled the work is. The shop next...More

The opening times are 9.00 a.m to 17.00 p.m. As far as I am aware I don't think they would be willing to repair any broken glass item . But you can ask them when you get there.

Hello, I am afraid that it is closed on Sundays like a lot of things in Gibraltar. The shop is open Monday to Friday from 9 to 6,30pm and Saturdays from 10 to 4pm. Hope this helps.
