This North African styled mosque is designed and set perfectly against the dramatic backdrop of the rock. It wasn't opened when we were there and I'm not sure it is available for general visit but if you are visiting Europa Point be sure to look...More

Didn't go in but didn't miss the opportunity to snap a few shots of this stark white man made building with the rugged natural face of the rock as a background. Worth a photo when visiting Europa Point.

As we were being driven around this part of the Rock on our Rock Tour, our guide said that the Mosque was built at a cost of £5 million funded by Saudi Arabia. The building looked like you would expect a Mosque to look like,...More

The mosque was closed, very closed (padlocks on the gates). The outside looks very interesting architecturally, a pity that we could not look inside. You get the impression that Islam is closed to everyone except when prayers are called. If this was opened up, then...More

We were at Europa Point for a short visitation and photo stop and this mosque is just located on the opposite of the road. From it's outlook, colour and architectural style, its more likely to be Moroccan's style, instead of the generic mosques that we...More

If you want to see or visit the Mosque you need to come to Europa Point. We found it closed late in the day so we only saw the outside. Very interesting Architecture.

Saw the mosque as we were approaching the Europa Point, we wanted to go inside to visit but the sign said closed for visitors on Friday so I can’t really comment on the Mosque but only the outside hence I’m giving it a three. Gibraltar...More

It is a beautiful mosque, in a beautiful setting. It is very picturesque with the rock in the background. We did not go in because we did not know it if was allowed.
