Well preserved Roman ruins. Lots of tunnels, etc. Very close to the amphitheatre (approx 200 yards). Give yourself 2 hours. This is the starting point and recommend buying the ticket to all-the-Roman-ruins here. They offer a family price that was quite reasonable.
We did not know about this site when we visited Tarragona, but there is the semi circle of the end of the chariot track and in a far better state of preservation than the equivalent in Rome. Pretty awesome.
