Beautiful site, however very inpolite reception ( on the phone more than 5 minutes instead of selling tickets...) Only the cloister is worth the visit. Castle : nothing to see...(See picture)

I enjoyed visiting here with family during a recent visit. For the 6EUR entrance fee, it was a fascinating building to explore, especially the bell-tower with panoramic views across the city and beyond to the Pyrenees.

I can be short about the cathedral, beautifully restored after hundreds of years of wars and neglect. They have photos and videos from before and after the renovation so it’s definitely worthwhile to spend some time here.

When you visit Lleida, do not miss the Seu Vella. The cloister is captivating, and the views from the belfry are something to die for. Bear in mind... 270 spiralling narrow steps must be negotiated to reach the top... Certainly not good for claustrophobic visitors...More

An excellent experience learning about the castle, church and surrounding grounds. Give yourself at least 2 hours to explore. There is so much to see here and a lot of documented information on the architecture and it’s past. The bell tower is a bit tough...More
