You can’t miss this area and will find yourself here time and time again. Great bars, shops and restaurants. Cool shade when it’s hot. Does get busy. Really pretty to amble along.

We passed through many times between our apartment and where we parked. Lots of funk shops with shoes... and... records! My favourite!

You just have to walk through this street from going to the center and it is indeed a nice walk. It is full of political symbols, which is a bit strange and makes you feel a bit uncomfortable.

All part of the beautiful streets of Girona. Hours to wander the city through small cobbled streets into hidden squares. Loads of cafes and restaurants to stop and relax. Friendly and very safe atmosphere.

Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops to wander about in or stop for some food and drink at the edge of the old town.

Very nice relaxing few hours in Girona strolling through this Ramblas and other nearby avenues and plaza, very welcome escape from the hectic coast (stopping in Lloret).
