Sonia was very flexible and accommodating! Excellent information and cooking experience. Sonia gives history as well as tips on how to cook traditional foods. She also send you recepies requested! My husband and I had a great time and were very full!

This was a great class, Sonia took us to the market then showed us how to cook the Paella and some other tapas dishes. We got to eat it all, ( which was delicious) and Sonia has since emailed us all the recipes. Would recommend.
