We are Fleamarket lovers and for us this one is the best in Barcelona...usually the antque market is every THURSDAY from 10am - 8pm...few times a year it goes for a week. Authentic old merchandise... not very cheap but nice quality. situated just acrooss the Kathedral in Gotico you have a lot of choices nearby ..sightseeing , shopping and many restaurants and cafes !!!…

Mercat Gotic is held every Thursday from 10:00 to 20:00 on the Cathedral Square. There are many stalls selling secondhand antiques.

There is always something going on in the square... music, dancing, a few little stores and restaurants. The center of the square is Barcelona Cathedral. It’s beautiful! ! Don’t miss it! We are Catholic and went to mass. That was a neat experience!

We visited during the holidays and everything was decorated for Christmas. Outdoor shops and merchants. Fun to explore.

Right outside the gothic Cathedral - some decent quality vendors - good mix of older wares, silver, advertising etc - took the vendors a while to "set up" in the morning but there is plenty to do in the area if you arrive early as I did
