"For flowers lovers and those who are amazed with nature a must go place"Uninspired layout - concrete paths line a hillside. Few flowers or interesting smells or even birds. Parks further down hill are free and better. Free entrance for teachers. Leaflet in English.

I would have spent up to an hour there, max, if it had been cooler and if I had been by myself. Appeared to have a wide variety of plants. Enjoy!
