The Columbus Monument is very large and the sculptures at the monument are very impressive and beautiful. The monument is located very near to the railroad station and one can walk to it from downtown.

The Columbus monument in Valladolid is worth a photo if you're in the area. If you arrive by train, it's only a short walk away.

There are a lot of Columbus monuments around Spain and compared to them it was a bit disappointing. It's big and bulky and lacks the finese that other Columbus monuments have. Behind it is suppose to be a fountain but it wasn't operating on the...More

It sits at the head of Ricoletto street, near the park entrance and is huge, you can't miss it. Take the time to walk around it and look at it, you will be amazed
