It was our first time in Valladolid and we liked the city very much. The Plaza Mayor is a fine example of architecture with beautiful buildings and arcades. It was very lively the day we visit in late summer. Bars, restaurants and shops all around...More

This square is actually quite busy with many cafes around the sides. When we visited there was a large stage at one end for nightly concerts.

Although it is not the most beautiful Plaza Mayor in Spain, it is worth to be visited. It has harmony but unfortunately some high buildings destroy a few skylines perspectives. As in all Spanish Plazas you should seat for a drink and enjoy the Spanish...More

A little different from the more classical plazas of Spain but very attractive and acessible. Just park in the underground parking and explore the Plaza and the city centre. The Plaza is well decorated and has nicce restaurants and shops around.

Nice place to hang out. Can recommend Cafe Norte. The best on the square in my opinion. Good service. Their special sandwich was unbelievable. I didn’t eat for the rest of the day.

Hi, Sure you can. It's about a 10 minute walk. And it's easy to go to the plaza de toros because are just two streets. You have to take Santiago street and then the Paseo zorrilla, where the plaza is.
