The building is used as the disputación for the province of Leon, and is thus still in use. Still, one can enter the courtyard, and obviously also admire the exterior as individual. For the rest of the building, one needs to take a guided tour.

You can visit this nice palace with a guide who give intersting informations of the building, and the government, the history of Compostella, the importance of the pilgrims; and the city of Leon, once the most important christian town of Spain.

Great architecture, impressive both from outisde and inside. You can either go with a tour on your own and see the court and the 1st floor.

This place is well worth a visit, but you have to pay to go in and set a time for your visit. It can only be done via a free guide who will explain the history of the place.
