The buiding is actually half-ruined, and wrecked part is closed for visitors. Another consists of few passages and rooms on both levels, patio and church/tower. Outside is small garden, it is nice to sit several minutes by the entrance to have a rest after walking...More

The church itself is a ruin, having been destroyed by fire many years ago. however the pretty gardens in front of the adjacent convent offer some welcome greenery and colour to the town. be sure to visit before 2pm on a Sunday as it closes...More

Church and Convent Saint Agustin in San Cristobal de La Laguna, Tenerife is a very nice place where you feel spirit of love and where you can find peace in the church.

This was the last place which we visited on our free tour from the Information Centre, and one of the most interesting. Apart from the building itself which makes the visit worthwhile, the museum has lots of interesting exhibits.

This church and ex-convent looks really modest outside, but inside there are most precious exhibits from the 1500 and 1600 centuries. The exhibit area is really big in two levels.
